I don't use Twitter for my marketing as I'm really not sure if the people I am following are real people, it seems twitter is now full of crap!

Does this software handles account creation in twitter? or just unfollow/follow and schedule message only?

As of now it doesn't have automatic account creation but I know it is on the developer's to do list and once you get TweetAttacts now you can always get that feature in the future releases for free.
