But this is the old way of investing in real estate and the good news is there's a new way of doing it which a far far better than the old way. Have you heard a Virtual Real Estate investment before? Yes, the "virtual real estate". This has nothing to do with lands, houses etc. as oppose to those new articles Ever since investing in real estate is ever rewarding business, in fact these type of business model is always on the top list of elite people and those who put their wealth on long term investments. Unfortunately these type of business model doesn't suite to ordinary people with a low income. Boy, this will cost you a fortune, just to own a house will kick your ass all the time to go to work plus tons of overtime. But this is the old way of investing in real estate and the good news is there's a new way of doing it which a far far better than the old way. Have you heard a Virtual Real Estate investment before? Yes, the "virtual real estate". This has nothing to do with lands, houses etc. as oppose to those new articles that full of hypes as if virtually done deals in acquiring a piece of land somewhere in far far locations like developing countries. As a matter of fact, this Virtual Real Estate that I'm talking about doesn't require you a huge amount of money to acquire it. Yes, not a thousand dollar in fact, not even a half of it... The Virtual Real Estate that I'm talking about are Websites. This is literally a virtually real estate as it can be operated anywhere you live with a very minimal amount of money. Websites like Youtube.com, MySpace.com etc. are just few perfect examples of successful virtual real estate, as you know these sold for billion dollars and if you look at the area of their websites just like 1 square foot compared to thousand of acres of land that can be sold for millions with full of disputes. But you won't be building these kind of websites, as it's a very tall order, maintaining a server with millions of users isn't that fun and very expensive... What I'm telling is to invest with small websites or niche websites that can be managed by an ordinary person hands free... Just like set and forget thing. These type of websites won't cost you $200 for one time investment and a minimum of $12 per month to maintain. But how you will profit on this type of business model? well, simple, put some ads on it from Google Adsense, (pay per click) put some affiliates like Commisionjunction.com, ClickBank, Amazon (pay per action) and many many more... One of the best Virtual Real Estate package I can recommend is the Virtual Real Estate Website Building System can be found at www.trigy.info. They already pulled it from the market but I think they have a link where you can find it on a case to case basis just go and check it. Like investing in real estate, websites investments also appreciates as it goes older. But opposed to the old real estate investing, you need a huge upfront cost and this is the essence of maintaining virtual real estate, keeping the upfront cost low with a small maintenance cost and higher appreciation in a long term period. Not to mention the multiple streams of income that you can generate every month. Conclusion: Real estate investment can be a good long term investment if you are wealthy enough to pay the upfront cost and willing to take risks such as disputes, huge property taxes and other risks that are common in investing on real estate. Hence, this type of business model or investing is not recommended to folks that don't have a fat pocket. This is for elite and wealthy people only. Virtual Real Estate Websites on the other hand is the most easy, most viable, most cost effective investment that will suite both elite people and people that don't have enough budget to invest in. Not to mention the fast return of investment due to multiple streams of income.
